Hello and welcome! I'm Rachel, the maker behind Thyme & Honey.

I've always found joy in creating things by hand. What began with painting, drawing, and pottery has grown into a love for crafting beautiful, practical items that can be shared with others. Every product I make is created with the same care and attention I would give to something made for my own family.

After retiring from military service, I had the opportunity to slow down and invest more time in the things that bring me joy. I became a Certified Master Gardener, started growing my own garden, and began exploring more sustainable ways of living. My garden, my kitchen, and my workshop have become places where creativity and nature come together.

A many years ago, a dear friend introduced me to candle making, and I quickly discovered how rewarding it is to create handcrafted products from quality ingredients. Later, after struggling with sensitive skin myself, I decided to learn the art of making goat milk soap. I fell in love with the process and the wonderful qualities of fresh goat milk—its creamy lather, gentle cleansing, and nourishing feel. From there, my passion naturally grew into creating lotions and other handcrafted bath and body products.

At Thyme & Honey, every batch is handcrafted in small quantities using thoughtfully selected ingredients and traditional methods. My goal is to create products that are beautiful, gentle on the skin, and inspired by the simple goodness found in nature.
